How can I buy a cookie jar?
Cookie jars will be available during specified order periods throughout the year! If they're listed as "Sold Out", that means they cannot currently be purchased or preordered. To be first to hear about upcoming restocks or preorders, please sign up for my email list! All restocks will be announced ahead of time via that list. 

What if I want to commission you to make me a cookie jar?
Due to the extremely high demand for cookie jars, they are not eligible to be a commissioned item. Cookie jar purchases can only be made during the aforementioned order periods. 

Your stuff sells out so fast! How am I supposed to get a piece? 
I've had the wild fortune of my work going very viral on social media three times in six months, which is amazing AND unfortunately means I have no control over how quickly things sell. This is the double-edged sword of getting your work in front of a massive internet audience! The best advice I can give is to keep an ear to the ground and set an alarm for the specified date and time when your chosen restock will be happening. May the odds be ever in your favor!

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! To note: while domestic shipping is calculated to a flat rate based on package weight, international customers will be responsible for the exact shipping cost (as calculated by the carrier) at checkout. 

What's your return policy? 
Pre-order items are not eligible for return.
Purchases of in-stock items can be returned for a refund of the purchase price, but the customer will be responsible for the cost of safely shipping the item back to me. If you need to return an item, please start the process by emailing me at straubhandmade@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. 

What if my piece gets lost or broken in shipping? 
I do my very best to ensure your piece is packaged safely and robustly and arrives to you all in one piece, but the reality of mailing extremely breakable objects is that there's always a small chance for disaster. If you order an item from me and it arrives damaged, please email me at straubhandmade@gmail.com with the details (including your order number and photos of the damage) and I'll be happy to chat and figure out the best way to make it right. 

I unfortunately have no control over your order once it's in transit via the shipping carrier. If your order is lost in transit or stolen after delivery, you'll need to file a claim with said shipping carrier (and, depending on the requirements of their claims process, possibly file a police report for a stolen item). 

Can I put your pieces in the dishwasher?
Yes! All of my food-safe work is also safe to put in the dishwasher and/or the microwave. If ever an outlier item is NOT dishwasher/microwave safe, this will be clearly indicated in the item description!
